As an Executive Headteacher you will inspire and bring out the best in staff, have resilience and drive and a proven track record of delivering strong educational outcomes.

Experience and Skills
- Strong track-record of success in current and previous experience working as a Headteacher or Executive Headteacher position/s
- Experience of working within a SEN environment at management level
- Experienced, resilient and solution focused
- Able to develop the quality of learning
- Will effectively model leadership, ensuring staff have the right skills
- Someone who can develop into ‘multi-site’ experience and leadership
- A strategic thinker who can shape and implement our vision and raise standards
- A passional educationalist who inspires the highest quality of teaching and learning to our pupils
- An excellent understanding of the Ofsted Framework and having worked with successful Ofsted Judgements - Good or Outstanding
