**REQUIREMENTS**
The right individual will have:
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, working across residential developments
- Strong customer service skills with a willingness to learn and develop their career
- The ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with work colleagues and contractors/site teams
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- A flexible attitude and able to respond to the needs of the business
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to set high standards for self to ensure that agreed processes and procedures are adhered to
- A full, clean driving licence - the ability to drive a car is essential to this role
**JOB SUMMARY**
As our Assistant Quality and Finishing Surveyor, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of projects, either as part of a team or alone. You will assist with setting the standard for the delivery of new homes to ensure that a high-quality product is delivered for our clients and that we can meet the demands of project timescales.
Your key deliverables will include:
- Assisting with handovers
- Snagging / de-snagging of new build properties
- Regular liaison with site teams
- Managing diary to meet the demands of projects
- Supporting the Clerk of Works, Aftercare Team and Employer's Agents
