Due to expansion, my well-established Shrewsbury based client is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join it friendly team.
Reporting to the Finance manager you will be supporting the business with purchase ledger and general accounts duties.
Own transport is essential due to location
**Essential Skills**
- Previous Purchase ledger experience
- Bookkeeping experience desirable although not essential
- Good IT skills - MS Word, Excel, Office 365
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Own transport essential
Key Duties
- Processing purchase invoices
- Supplier and customer account opening
- Payment Reconciliation
- Query Liaison with customers
- General Administration
