Property Maintenance Administrator

Person required for many aspects of the residential property business**:mainly distributing repair work between contractors and co-ordinating with tenants**; but also: viewings; inspections; check-ins and -outs; hand-delivering letters; photocopying and filing. You will also accompany colleagues on appraisals and valuations.
You will be proficient in use of PCs running Windows and MS Office programs Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be smart, honest, reliable, hardworking, have good time-keeping, common sense and a good knowledge of the local area.
Other skills required are to be a quick learner of new software; have good ability in English and Mathematics; able to work as part of a team, and under own initiative.
Working hours for this full-time job will be: Monday 9.30am to 5pm; Tuesday 9.30am to 5pm (alternate week #1); Wednesday 9.30am to 5.00pm; Thursday 9.30am to 5.00pm; Friday 9.30am to 5.00pm; Saturday 9.30am to 4pm (alternate week #2).
Qualifications: full driving licence.
Other: the applicant must be a conscientious worker and have own, reliable, car - as some duties will be outside of the office. There is a petrol allowance of 40p per mile.
