Maintenance Assistant

We have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team based in Oldham - Unit 4 Quebec Street.
The salary on offer is from £20,303.50 to £25,726.56 depending on experience.
We also offer; 27 days holiday not including bank holidays, access to group personal pension plan including SMART contributions into which the company will contribute up to 6% towards your savings, training and development opportunities and NHS discounts.
This role will require you to have experience in a building trade or building maintenance/ caretaker role. Ideally you would hold some recognised qualifications, however this is not essential.
