**Location**:Office based role - Knowsley (Head Office)

**Salary**:£50,000 - £55,000 + Performance Bonus
**Employment Type/Hours**:Full time / Permanent - 40 hours per week
**About the Role**
This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced senior marketer, or a marketing manager looking to take the next step in their career.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy and Leadership**:
- Develop and implement a robust, long-term marketing strategy to achieve business goals and targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI).
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategy at the forefront.
**Brand Management**:
- Build and strengthen the company's brand identity and reputation across all channels.
- Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity.
**Digital Marketing and Demand Generation**:
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Analyse campaign performance data to optimise strategies and improve effectiveness.
**Content and Communications**:
- Lead the content strategy, including the creation of engaging and valuable content (e.g., blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos, webinars).
- Manage public relations (PR) and media relations to secure positive press coverage and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee internal and external communications to ensure a consistent message.
**Graphic Design**:
- Design collateral for Online and Offline media
- CRO: Implement designs for split and multivariant testing
- Design Landing pages (along with the Digital Manager) for campaigns, ads and CRO initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistent is maintained within designs.
**Market Research and Analytics**:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and uncover market opportunities.
- Utilise marketing analytics and data to measure the effectiveness of all marketing activities and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to senior leadership.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the Product team to develop and launch new products and features.
- Partner with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in a senior marketing role, with experience in developing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a history of leading and mentoring a marketing team.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and inspire a team.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing spending for maximum return on investment.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in related field (CIM).
- A good working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot etc) Zoho would be an advantage.
