**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieving Renewal Income Retention targets
- Generating leads through cross selling to Life & Pensions & Health
- Generating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial Departments
- Delivering Excellent Customer Service
- Maintaining the highest compliance standards

**Key Qualifications & Skills required**:

- CIP or APA Personal General Insurance
- Expert Product Knowledge
- RELAY software experience desired but not essential
- Proficient Microsoft office skills desired
- Customer retention skills
- Fluent Polish and English language is a requirement (written and oral)

**Experience Required**:

- 2+ years insurance experience preferably in a brokerage
- Be committed to provide a high level of service to customers & potential customers
