Creative Graphic and Multimedia Design Assistant

We're seeking a talented Creative graphic and multimedia Design Assistant to join our dynamic team to handle our content on various web and social media channels. He/She will work closely with a marketing team/manager and can offer advice and ideas about how to make advertising campaigns visually engaging and help create new materials. This can involve tasks like creating illustrations, 3-d videos, defining colour schemes and adding engaging images or videos to social media posts. He/She will be responsible for managing all the website design and handling product images and other stuff. Ability to photo shot will be considered an extra advantage.

A proven work experience in the related department is preferred.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all websites graphics and multimedia designs, product images and social media work and postings.
- Responsible for offering advice and ideas about how to make advertising campaigns visually engaging and help create new materials
- Develop branding and designs concepts and 3-d illustrations for various media, including social media, advertisements, magazines, banners, products, and brochures.
- Planning and creating content for online channels
- Developing effective strategies for driving and increasing online traffic
- Creating attractive social media posts to catch the audience's attention
- Conducting in-depth social media research and maintaining a report of the same
- Developing and sharing various social media content like graphics, videos, and other forms of content
- Reviewing and optimizing company website and social media pages
- Ensuring the online content adheres to the industry guidelines and company standards

**Requirements**:

- Should have professional experience in graphics and multimedia, preferably with a creative or marketing agency.
- Proficiency in design tools preferable adobe Photoshop, Canva and other related software.
- Should have Experience and knowledge in video and audio editing with tools like cap cut, After effects etc.
- Experience taking photographs and making videos.
- Ability to create 3-D designs and videos.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Time management skills to juggle multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Web and Social media platforms knowledge.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Uber suggest etc

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Creative Graphic Designer (2 years preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Birmingham (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Birmingham: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: From £31,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Birmingham
