**Company Description**

IPS - a part of Culina group is the largest co-packer in the UK, working with some of the best-known food brands to provide cost-effective and innovative co-packing, co-filling and co-manufacturing solutions.

We are now recruiting for **Co-Pack Team Leader**to join our busy Banburysite.
- **Shift**:Any 5 in 7
- **Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000

To provide an efficient support service to the Copack Operation in ensuring the smooth and accurate control of IPS Stock and customer working systems and reports. To provide additional production support for the Line Leaders and act as an effective Deputyfor the Copack Supervisor in their absence.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Systems entry of Stock movements with regards to customer and IPS stock accuracy.
- Reconcile inbound or outbound case discrepancies across various systems.
- Track and identify stock and system issues internally through planning and warehouse stock holding based on customer requirements.
- To conduct and support the training and development of new starters
- Reports and communicates effectively all issues affecting Production.
- Ensures that all finished products and donor stocks maintain their Traceability at all times and in accordance with the Culina IPS Production and Quality Procedures.
- To effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets
- Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI)
- To effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis
- To adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations
- To ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures
- To ensure that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external
- To ensure GMP (good manufacturing practices) and housekeeping (clean as you go) are strictly adhered to
- Monitor, control and minimise waste
- Play an active part in continuous improvement
