**Job Description**:
The Co-pack Planner will create and manage subcontractor activities in line with UK&I business requirements on quantity, quality and timing for ‘non-standard’ packing formats, whilst ensuring optimization of service levels.

Key Responsibilities Include;
- Management of the co-packing process & project coordination with relevant stakeholders (Shopper marketing; Sales; Customer service and Logistics) in order to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover.
- Manage the overall process of co-packing by creating and owning a production plan aligned with customer forecast and copacker parameters.
- Responsibility for synchronizing delivery of products to/from local co-packing facility. Ensure documenting all co-packing articles PO’s, quotations, deliveries, etc. Maintain an inventory for co-packing materials
Optimizing service level for the country/MSU by communicating product availability (including New Product Developments)
- Deliver input to the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) meetings and align the forecast with agreed actions.
- Execute stock aging and slow moving & obsolete investigations and drive improvement actions with key stakeholders.
- Manage pricing agreements with the packing contractors aligned with group policies.
- Maintain master data elements for copack portfolio including NPD’s
- Support with master data cover when required
