**Customer Services Executive**

**Chelmsford, Essex**

**£24,000 per annum + bonus (OTE up to £30k)**

**Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00**

**The company**

My client is a busy exhibitions and events company who have been established since 2009. They work with a diverse range of companies, from global large-scale contractors to niche technology providers. The company put on events locally and globally and arelooking for someone to help grow the business through engaging relevant clients who want to position themselves as key players within the trade shows and exhibition that are organised.

**Duties**
- To have a full understanding of each event taking place
- Call previous attendees from the company database to invite them to the upcoming events
- Create new leads
- Answer any questions or queries from the attendees
- Register confirmed attendees on the database
- Build relationships with guests
- Coordinate with the production team
- Travel to the events to represent the business as required
- Work towards achievable KPI's
- You'll be excited to work for a growth-stage business
- You'll have exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
- You'll have a professional telephone manner
- You'll have an interest in the military and armed services
- You'll enjoy working with a smart team in a fast-paced environment
- You'll enjoy the independence of running your own client desk
- You'll have a willingness to travel and attend conferences, social events and other meetings
