**What you’ll do day to day**
- Maintaining a high level of finance product knowledge
- Focusing on achieving a high retention
- Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards, accurate customer records and orderly administration of your work
- Support our One Customer journey by working alongside our Aftersales team, selling Service Plans and liaising for a great customer experience
**Helpful skills and qualifications**

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships
- Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm
- A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team’s success
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
