London, United Kingdom Lane Clark & Peacock Full time

**LCP is an award-winning actuarial and analytics consultancy providing advice on energy, pensions, investments, employee benefits, insurance and health.**

Are you looking to embark upon your career in the exciting, fast-changing world of Energy Analytics? If so, then you have come to the right place

Over the coming years and decades, energy markets across the world are set to undergo a rapid transition in both the supply of energy and the way it is consumed. The shift away from traditional fossil-fuel fired power stations, petrol and diesel cars, and gas central heating - to name a few - touches everyone, creating opportunities and challenges.

Our purpose is to enable a better, faster energy transition for all by supporting the energy sector to drive the transition. We have a mission to accelerate the energy transition globally, supporting a wide range of clients from from energy giants to start-ups, traders to strategists, investors to manufacturers.

LCP’s energy team has passionate people using data, insights and models across both supply and demand-side markets. Our innovation and cutting-edge technology is a key selling point, for example with LCP Enact, a real-time data integration platform for traders.

**What will you be doing?**

Incoming graduates will have the opportunity to analyse energy data, learn to code, develop an in-depth knowledge of the GB energy market and be involved in client meetings at an early stage. We are looking for enthusiastic graduates with a willingness to learn and an interest in data and analytics. You will have access to our Graduate Training Programme which features a series of scheduled training sessions. These cover a wide range of areas of professional expertise as well as in-depth technical training. At the same time, we'll give you training in a variety of non-technical areas to help you develop your management and presentation skills.

Of course, much of your training will be on the job, and we make sure this is structured to offer you the widest possible experience in all aspects of what we do. Finally, we have an in-house mentoring system, so there is always someone you can ask if anything seems unclear. You'll be amazed at how quickly you'll be putting what you learn to good use in your everyday work.

**What's in it for you?**

As well as joining a fun, collaborative, people-orientated organisation where your personal and professional skills will be developed to make you the best you can be, we offer an attractive benefits package designed to promote your overall wellbeing so that you are able to perform to your full potential both in and out of work.

We continuously strive to build an inclusive workplace where all forms of diversity are valued, including age, background, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, race, religion or sexual orientation.
