**Sales & Marketing Manager - £40,000 - £50,000 + Non-Contractual Bonus £3,000**
Our client, a rapidly growing events brand, is looking to recruit an experienced Growth & Marketing Manager with experience within the corporate events/ high-end hospitality sector, to join their successful, dynamic, and innovative business.This is a fantasticand rare opportunity to be part of the management team, take ownership and drive the growth strategy forwards, on a 14-month maternity cover contract.
**Sales & Marketing Manager Responsibilities**
As the Sales & Marketing Manager some of your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Manage all incoming sales whilst also generating new leads
- Manage and motivate a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Maximum conversions through the website with effective calls-to-action, landing page and lead-generation content
- Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry and event partners to secure large contracts and repeat business
- Execute multiple trade show marketing campaigns and work closely on marketing and analysis to ensure it is targeted

**Sales & Marketing Manager Experience**
To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated and driven individual with excellent client management skills. You will have the ability to liaise with major corporate clients for example, securing large contracts with a commercial awareness andstrong understanding of gross profit and marketing costs and you will have experience of working in a similar service-based business. Though their inventions are extravagant, their clients are still based in the corporate sphere, so they are looking to expandthe team to someone not only dynamic but also professional.
You will have a strong understanding of the luxury events market, with previous experience within the events, experiences, hospitality or high-end/ artisan food and drink catering sectors and be able to come up with innovative ideas to drive the online presenceand identify new opportunities for sales. You must have proven people/ team management experience, empowering, enabling and directing an Account Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
You will have previous experience in a sales & marketing role, including digital marketing experience and be super organised. With attention to detail, you will get things done and you will have an analytical approach to data and performance reports includingknowledge of social media marketing and content creation. You will have excellent communication and written language skills, including copywriting for online, print and social media communications with a high level of accuracy, excellent proofreading skills,grammar and spelling. But above all else, you will have exceptional relationship management skills and demonstrable experience of working with corporate clients. You must have excellent knowledge of MS Office and basic Adobe Photoshop / InDesign
**Location**
Our client is an office-based company, located in South Oxfordshire, and so please ensure you are local to Oxfordshire and able to be in the office every day. This is a Full-Time fixed-term-contract for 14 months for maternity leave cover.
