**Dandara Living is Hiring a Health & Safety Advisor**

Join our dynamic team at Dandara Living, the property management arm of one of the UK's leading Build-to-Rent developers. We’re looking for a passionate Health & Safety Advisor to help ensure the safety and well-being of our residents across a wide portfolio of properties.

**Locations**:
This role is based primarily at Dandara Living's headquarters in Altrincham or on-site at Chapel Wharf in Salford—our largest development to date. You’ll also visit sites in Birmingham, Leeds, and Scotland, with some weekly home working flexibility. Occasional visits to construction sites may also be required.

**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about health and safety, and ready to make an impact in a thriving property management environment? Dandara Living is known for its large-scale residential developments, and we’re seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to maintain our high safety standards and create safe living environments. This role focuses on Dandara Living's property management and involves being the first point of contact for all health and safety queries. You'll work closely with various stakeholders and ensure our developments meet health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Risk Assessments**: Conduct assessments and develop strategies to reduce risks.
- **Safety Audits**: Perform safety inspections to ensure compliance.
- **Training & Development**: Deliver safety training for staff and residents.
- **Policy Implementation**:Oversee health and safety policies across sites.
- **Incident Management**: Investigate incidents and recommend improvements.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure operations meet local, state, and national standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for someone passionate about health and safety, with the following experience/qualifications:
**Essential**:

- Experience in health and safety within the build-to-rent, student accommodation, or hospitality sectors.
- NEBOSH/NCRQ or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in implementing health and safety procedures (ISO 45001, 14001).
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, hands-on approach to health and safety improvements.
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders.

**Desired**:

- Training qualification.
- Internal auditing qualification.
