**What you will be doing **
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with mental health. Whether you have experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help supportpeople lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because ofyou.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Full-time/ Part time, Days/Nights available. - Average 40.25 /hours per week - Shift Work (2-week Rota basis of 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next week - the Rota includes nights and weekend working).

**Location**: Hillview Hospital, Hillside, Ebbw Vale, Monmouthshire, United Kingdom, NP23 5YA
Hillview Hospital is a low secure service for young women aged 13-18 with a wide range of disorders and complex needs. The 18-bed service is set over two wards with each having a homely feel to support young people in feeling settled and ready to engagein treatment. There are two classrooms and a separate IT suite for on-site learning.
The aim at Hillview Hospital is to deliver, treat and empower each young person to live a safe and independent life, enabling them to reach their full potential. Treatment is led by the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) which is made up of a Child and AdolescentConsultant, Doctors, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Teachers, and Support Workers.
