This is a full time, permanent role working 37 hours a week on a smart / hybrid working basis both across our Hampshire hubs and from home.

**Here's the facts about the role**:
As a Content Creator you will create engaging, informative and emotive content for our audiences using video, graphics, photography and copywriting and support the communications team with a range of administrative tasks. You’ll produce on-brand content for our digital channels, including videography where you’ll oversee the production from brief, storyboarding, scheduling shoots, filming, editing, approval and uploading to our channels. You’ll design appealing visuals and graphics using design software for our social media channels and other purposes, to help to tell our story. We would love to see the content creator bring creative flair and forward-thinking ideas to the table

As part of the role, you’ll be responsible for arranging professional photography to ensure our photo library is regularly updated with new imagery that reflects our brand and values. This includes arranging locations and staff to be involved. So, it’s important that you embrace collaborative working with your team and the wider business.

The key to success in this role is to be creative and demonstrate outstanding ability to produce visual content for a wide range of channels, tailored to different audiences
