Content Creator Apprentice

Contractually based out of our Portsmouth office, this is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a
18-month fixed term basis
, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working. There may be some occasional travel required to our Basingstoke office.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Communications team, you'll help keep our content fresh, accessible, and engaging across all our channels. You'll play a key role in planning and delivering social media activity and create content that supports our brand to be shared across our channels.

You'll

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative, compelling content for internal and external audiences
  • Create graphics, animations, photos and videos using a range of software
  • Upload content to our digital platforms including social media, intranet, website and internal screens
  • Monitor social media to support timely, trusted communications and help manage reputational risks
  • Evaluate digital performance to improve our online presence
  • Complete the Content Creator Apprenticeship with our training partner Apprentify

To Apply For Our HR Apprenticeship, You Must

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have at least 5 GCSEs at grades 9-4/A*-C, including Maths and English
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have a genuine interest in digital content
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
