**Position**: Teaching Assistant - 1-to-1 Support (Cognition and Learning)
**Location**: Central Blackpool

**Job Type**: Part-time, Immediate Start
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 2:30 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
**Salary**: Competitive rates starting from £11.68 per hour

**Responsibilities**:
As a dedicated Teaching Assistant providing 1-to-1 support, you will work closely with two female pupils in Year 3 and Year 5. The pupils have cognition and learning needs that require additional assistance in reading, writing, and maths. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Tailored Support**: Provide individualised assistance to the pupils, supporting their specific needs in reading, writing, and math's.
- **Assessment and Progress Tracking**: Work closely with the class teachers to assess the pupils' progress and adjust support strategies accordingly.
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with teachers and parents to ensure a collaborative and supportive approach to the pupils' learning.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum grade 4 (C) in Maths or English
- Relevant qualification within childcare or education
- Previous experience in providing 1-to-1 support to pupils with cognition and learning needs
- 1 reference from working in an educational setting
