We are recruiting for an Audio-Visual Technician to work within the Business Services team of a leading law firm in London. The firm are offering a fantastic opportunity, for an ambitious individual to join the firm, providing key support for meetings bothin the office and virtually. You will have strong technical skills, be confident in your abilities and be able to interact with a range of stakeholders. You will be hands on, proactive and have a positive can-do attitude to help set up meetings and solve anyurgent issues that may arise.

Duties will include:

- Working closely with all business support teams across the business
- Ensure meetings run smoothly with all equipment required
- Develop and manage AV tech equipment
- Undertake audits on equipment and supervise 3rd parties whilst on site
- Ensure AV support is provided in-house for virtual events & meetings
- Understand priorities and meet deadlines
- Work closely with other teams to understand and ensure schedules and work requirements are met
- Full responsibility for meeting room equipment i.e. projectors/screens/laptops etc
- Clear down meeting rooms and store equipment accordingly
- Remain on site until all events/meetings are finished
- Support colleagues on all levels with AV and VC equipment
- Test, check and ensure equipment is in good working order
- Installation of new equipment
- Set up video conference calls, acting as liaison with external companies and maintaining records of these calls.
- Set up and support Video and Audio recording of sessions when requested and provide copies of this in required format.
- 1st line maintenance of Audio/ Visual equipment e.g. changing projector lamps, cleaning air filters etc
