Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a social media marketing plan that aligns with the firm’s overall marketing strategy and goals.
- Create and manage content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, that reflects the firm’s brand and messaging.
- Monitor and engage with social media users, respond to inquiries and comments, and build relationships with followers and influencers.
- Collaborate with the firm’s partners and other departments to create content and campaigns that support their specific practices and events.
- Analyse social media metrics, track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to optimize the firm’s social media presence.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Law, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful social media marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy and engage with social media users.
- Knowledge of social media management tools, analytics, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects and priorities, and meet deadlines.
