**In a nutshell**

You must be confident in using all social media channels, able to edit content and travel to sites independently.

A proactive mindset is key - you will be constantly on top of the changing social landscape and confident in sharing ideas on how to improve Pho’s socials.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Visit sites to create engaging content for organic social media and ads
- Keep up with trends and create content that aligns with the brand
- Work with focus sites to improve their footfall by creating engaging content
- Write captions and copy for newsletters, social media campaigns and use relevant hashtags to boost visibility

**Platform Management**:

- Deliver weekly social media plans to the marketing team
- Plan daily content
- Deliver monthly reports on social media engagement and growth
- Yearly key date planning

**Community Engagement**:

- Respond to all DM’s and comments in a timely manner with the brands’s tone of voice
- Engage with community and share creative ideas on how to reach new people and maintain relationships

**Influencer Management**:

- Create and maintain influencer relationships, manage invites to restaurants and look for new influencers to support campaigns and key moments
- Manage bookings for influencers at restaurants

**Team & Campaign Support**:

- Ensure socials are aligned to key campaigns and moments by working closely with the Marketing Manager
- Attending events to capture social content plus BTS
