A fantastic Opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Control Room Operator, who will work at our Regional Office in Maltby.

You will be a vital link between our personnel, staff, and customers with our Company resources. Providing assistance and advice in routine and emergency matters.

**Duties**:

- Maintain a polite, courteous, and friendly manner towards our personnel, our clients and colleagues
- Deal and liaise with all incoming calls from Alarm Receiving Centres and to provide access to remotely monitored sites via telephone
- Maintain records and logs of daily activities
- Follow up any unusual conditions/occurrences with the security teams
- Escalate serious issues/emergencies in line with agreed processes and procedures
- Respond to our Clients Helpdesk requests, liaising with local Management Teams and third-party providers where necessary
- Ensure security personnel utilise the Timelink system at the allotted times, i.e. booking on, check calls, booking off. Reporting any non-conformity in line with current company process
- Submit reports on incidents/accidents as instructed by Management

**Job role requirements**:

- Have the relevant SIA SG/DS/CP licence
- Be polite, helpful and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have adequate IT skills, MS Excel, MS Word, online reporting technology, Timegate (Workforce Management System)
- Have previous Control Room experience
- Ability to think and act quickly in emergency situations, or while under pressure is essential
- Be flexible and reliable
