We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **FP&A Performance Analyst**to join our team. If you have experience of analysing financial and operational data to help gain a deeper understanding of business performance, providing improved insight and knowledge of KPI's and trends to aid commercial decision making and enjoya fast-paced environment this maybe the role for you.

We are looking for a bright, personable, self-motivated individual for this role. As our FP&A Performance Analyst, you will bring insight and a standardised approach to both internally and externally benchmarked performance data, driving a better-informedfinancial planning and strategy.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A (Corporate & Commercial), this role offers the opportunity to develop your finance knowledge further by working within a highly supportive and specialised team, who are committed to your career development and progression.

We offer a blend of office (Cheltenham) and home working options with this position.

**You will be doing**:

- Work closely the Head of FP&A to provide insight and deeper understanding of key financial and operational metrics.
- Provide on a standardised approach to analysis of business data to ensure deeper understanding of trading performance.
- Support for data driven decision-making including modelling of initiatives using business knowledge and data.
- Provide support, information and guidance to inform stakeholders including scenario modelling.
- Ad-hoc analysis as requested by key stakeholders including Executive Board.
- Supporting the FP&A Manager with the budget and forecasting processes
- Supporting FP&A projects and initiatives as required

**You need to bring with you**:

- ACA/ACCA qualified with minimum 3+ years post qualified experience in FP&A/Commercial Finance
- Comfortable working autonomously within limited oversight
- Exceptional analytical, excel and communication skills with tangible experience of using data and insight to tell a clear story and drive improvement
- Experience using large data sets and PowerBI (or similar) is essential.
- Previous experience in a fast paced, grow focused environment, ideally in an insurance brokerage setting
- Experience of using Acturis and OneStream is ideal but not essential
