We will build and provide ongoing support for a bespoke financial plan aimed at fulfilling our clients lifestyle needs.Whether youre a private client or a business accessing our corporate services you can rely on a clear consistent service from your Financial Planner and from our experienced teams.About The RoleAs a FP&A Analyst you will report to the Head of FP&A and be responsible for providing robust analysis to feed into the forecasting budgeting and 3-year plan processes. This will entail working with various areas of the business to ensure the financial information presented has integrity with associated opportunities and risks clearly articulated.About YouYou are a detail-oriented and analytical qualified accountant with a solid foundation in FP&A backed by at least three years of relevant post-qualified experience. Your excellent financial modelling and presentational skills will enable you to produce quality analysis to support business decision making. You are a self-starter who takes ownership in ensuring deliverables are met within agreed timelines.Key Responsibilities IncludeCreating complex financial models and forecasts.Providing financial insights and modelling to support strategic planning budgeting and forecasting that align with Attivos strategy including scenario analysis.Working with key stakeholders alongside analysing data trends to derive well-evidenced financial modelling assumptions.Ongoing benefits tracking of strategic programmes.Production of analysis to support investor and debt provider information requests.Cost management: review and identify efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.Supporting cashflow management and reporting.Supporting acquisition due diligence and reporting.Analyse financial data and market trends for the sector.Support continuous improvement initiatives.Essential Skills and ExperienceQualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.Ability to simplify complex financial information succinctly for a broad range of stakeholders.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Highly organised able to perform under pressure and at pace while maintaining excellent attention to detail.Desirable Skills and ExperienceExperience working in the financial services industry.Salary and benefits50000 - 60000 (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)Attivo Also OffersNon-contributory Pension SchemePrivate Medical InsuranceIncome ProtectionCritical IllnessDeath in ServiceGenerous holiday allowance rising with length of serviceHybrid workingSubsidised parkingExcellent culture promoting employee wellbeing and engagementRecruitment PolicyAttivo is committed to being an Equal Opportunities employer.
