It started at a pub in Bolton with a £1 bet and a beliefthat things could be done better **More About theWarehouse Team Leader Nights**Role**: Our Night Shift Team Leaders play a key part in our customer journey - we roll up our sleeves up and get things done. In this role, you’ll make sure that our day-to-day warehouse operation runs effectively and that we’re always meeting our business objectives. Reporting directly to our Shift Supervisors, Site Manager and Operational Management Team, you’ll also providekey support to the warehouse and make sure we’re always fully compliant. In return for you living our values we provide: - 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 20:00pm-8:00am (40.25 hours per week) - £10.56 per hour / £22,103.44 per annum **Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing As OurWarehouse Team Leader Nights**: - Allocating daily tasks to operatives in your team - Monitoring the quality of work and performance of the team - Making sure that all products are handled correctly and in-line with manual handling guidelines - Ensuring the team always adheres to Health and Safety procedures - Investigating and rectifying any discrepancies - Completing handovers to the day’s team - Supporting with HR functions such as disciplinary meetings in a fair and consistent way - Being responsible for the site’s cleanliness and maintenance - Continually working towards reducing damage levels **A Few Things About OurWarehouse Team Leader Nights**: - The ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems - The ability to support the development/wellbeing of your team - Have a passion to deliver the service we promise our customers - Able to lead, inspire and motivate others - Confident with a fair and consistent approach to people management - Able to communicate effectively at all levels - PC literate including warehouse software and Microsoft Packages **Why Choose AO**: Our people are our superpower, and that’s no accident.
