**Salary**: £32,500 per year
**Location**: LS10, Leeds, UK
**Contract**: Full-Time permanent.
**Holiday Entitlement**: 25 days (pro-rata) + bank holidays

**Shifts Available**:

- **Regular Nights**: Monday-Thursday (Friday AM), **4 nights only**, 17:30 - 04:00.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with previous experience of managing teams in a warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role, where you’ll lead a team of operatives, to ensure vehicles are loaded correctly, a small number of orders are picked accurately, and supplier deliveries are put away swiftly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a small team of colleagues (5) covering a variety of warehouse tasks
- Manage team performance and output
- Ensure all vehicles are correctly loaded and paperwork is completed accurately
- Organise replenishment of pick faces from supplier deliveries or overstock
- Ensure attention to detail when checking off goods and supplier paperwork
- Oversee the safe operation of various forklifts and pallet trucks
- Check accuracy on a small number of customer orders
- Promote safe working practices and take responsibility for all Health & Safety on shift
- Responsible for site security and keyholding overnight

**About You**:

- Must have team leadership experience in a warehouse environment
- Qualifications for Flexi / Pivot FLT or Counterbalance FLT desirable
- Experience with PPT operations preferred
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Health & Safety conscious and proactive approach to tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- **Reliable** with a strong work ethic, to get the best from your team
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
