We are looking for a Team Manager (Reinstatement Performance), Scotland based, reporting to the Road Works Performance Manager (Scotland).

Key responsibilities will include;
- Scotland’s lead for reinstatement performance.
- Lead a team of Quality and Performance Inspectors to ensure both direct and contract labour are delivering road works activities to the required standard and business level expectation.
- Ensures compliance with all NRSWA legislation and road works codes of practice.
- Ensures both direct and contract labour are delivering business expectations safely.
- Collect visual and technical reinstatement performance data.
- Produces reinstatement performance reports.
- Represents the business externally, within the Roads Community.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- A thorough understanding of road works standards and specifications; NRSWA, SROR Codes of Practice.
- Appropriate road works and civils experience - a supervisor NRSWA qualification is essential.
- An understanding of performance management in reinstatement operations and office of the Scottish Roadworks Commissioner (oSWRC) Indicators.
- Problem solving and influencing skills - encouraging colleagues to challenge established ways of working.
- Promotion of new reinstatement techniques, materials, and existing best practice across Scotland.
- Ability to network internally with SGN Departments and externally with Local Authorities, contractors, other Utilities and oSRWC.
- A passion for managing change is important, together with the ability to influence those around you to strive for excellence.
- This position involves regular travel; therefore, a full valid driving license is essential._
