**Job Overview**
Are you confident, organised and passionate about helping people feel great about their smile? At 57 Dental & Implant Centre we are looking for a warm, motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our growing Team and be the friendly face that guides patients through their treatment journey.

You will work closely with patients enquiring about treatments such as dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and hygiene services, helping them understand their options and supporting them every step of the way-from first enquiry to completed smile.

In addition to your hourly rate, this role includes a commission structure-offering you a cut from treatments undertaken by the patients you coordinate.

**Duties**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about treatment options.
- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
- Assist in preparing treatment plans and explaining procedures to patients clearly and compassionately.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the office system.
- Collaborate with dental or medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and follow up on treatment outcomes as necessary.
- Manage administrative tasks such as billing inquiries and insurance verification.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and organised for both patients and staff.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an office setting is essential, preferably within a healthcare or dental environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using office software and managing electronic records.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

- Commission pay
