**Job Summary**
Pearl Dental are looking to recruit a full-time treatment coordinator to join our award-winning dental team.
Experience with marketing, social media and CRM systems would also be desirable.
Pearl Dental is a rapidly growing 6 surgery dental practice with huge potential. The practice has invested in state of the art equipment, such as a CBCT scanner, the EMS Prophylaxis Master to offer patients Guided Biofilm Therapy, a Primescan, 4 Itero scanners, endodontic handpieces, a CJ optik microscope and Straumann Dental Implant equipment.
The practice is offering a wide range of cosmetic treatments such as Invisalign, Quick Straight Teeth, Composite bonding, Dental implants, facial aesthetics, teeth whitening and much more.
The practice has also won awards in 2019, 2020, 2021 ,2022, 2023 and 2024 with both The Dentistry awards and The Private Dentistry awards for best patient care and best practice.
**As a treatment coordinator**:
- You will be confident discussing treatment options and associated costs with patients, playing an essential role in treatment conversions
- You will have strong organisational skills ensuring accurate records are kept of all communication between the practice and patient
- You will be confident in handling patient objections
- You will work closely with the whole team to ensure patients receive optimum care and a positive experience
- You will understand and utilise the practice CRM system, actively following up new leads
- You will play a vital role in driving practice sales and having your own ideas to increase them
- You will be part of the social media team and produce content and bring forward ideas
- You will take a lead role in promotional events
- You will be able to work to targets
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
