JUNIOR FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED
- Ellis Mason _has the pleasure of working with a highly successful & dynamic Consultancy firm, in their search for an **ENTRY LEVEL FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR**. This is a brand new role within the business and is being created to support the current two senior Accounts personnel within the business.
This entry-level role is initially part time, however as they company get busier, there is potential for the role to progress to full time over time.
The role is to work 22.5 a week and this would be considered either working 9am-5.30pm for 3 days or for shorter hours spread over 4 or 5 days. The role also offers hybrid working with an equal split of home working and office based.
Its a 'roll your sleeves up' and 'all hands on deck' type of role, where you will need to be willing to support in all areas and support in HR and basic office admin as well as within accounts and finance. They are looking for someone with the right attitudethat is happy with the role evolving once someone has started and they can see where they need the most support.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS
- Permanent, part-time basis (more hours available in the future if required)
- A salary of £13,500 (£22,500 full time equivalent) - £15,000 (£25,000 full time equivalent)
- Holiday - 20 days, rising by 1 day per year up to 25 days (this would be pro-rated for part-time)
- Hybrid workin - equal split of home and office based
- Pension - Company contribution 4%, Employee contribution 5%

**THE JOB**
The main duties included within the role of the **FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR**, are:
**FINANCE**
- Handling employee expenses
- Carry out credit-card reconciliation
- Entering data accurately into the accounting software
- Raising invoices on the CRM system
- Supporting the senior Finance team with adhoc tasks as and when required
**HR**
- Supporting the HR Manager in Spain with basic HR administration
**OFFICE SUPPORT**
- General office administration duties that may occur, for e.g. stationary ordering, filing of invoices, etc
To succeed in this role, the following knowledge/experience would be desired:
- Experience of working in a small team
- Strong IT skills (in particular MS Excel)
- Knowledge of Sage software would be a benefit, however is not essential
- High standards of communication (written & Oral)
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible, hard-working attitude
- Able to use own initiative
