**Responsibilities**
- Updating the purchase ledge system
- Inputting invoices and timesheets
- Calculating VAT and CIS returns
- Creating payment run for approve by the Financial Controller
- Contacting colleagues and suppliers to resolve queries
- Accurately input data and assist with reports, bank reconciliation’s and cash flows
Your experience to date should include:
**Requirements**:
- Experience of inputting data into an accountancy package such as Sage
- Ability to work as part of a finance team and with communicate with suppliers
- Creating reports, cash flows, using Microsoft packages (Excel and Outlook)
