A dynamic national law firm is recruiting an ISO Compliance Coordinator to join their team in the North of England. This role can be performed in Newcastle, Leeds or Manchester with flexible working.

This role will work closely with the Head of Compliance to support the firm's internal audit function and maintain compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO27001 and internal regulatory requirements.

This role would be fantastic for someone who has experience with auditing within a legal, professional services or technological environment, or a paralegal with strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Key responsibilities will involve:

- Performing internal quality audits
- Maintaining the annual audit schedule
- Reporting audit results, identifying trends and data flaws, and documenting root cause analysis
- Maintaining audit metrics
- Carrying out fee earner file reviews, consulting with them to ensure issues are corrected and proposing mitigation strategies to address risks
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
