**Job Specification: 2 x Production Operatives, Llandygai, Bangor, Gwynedd**

Standard week 39 hours 8am to 5 pm Mon - Thurs. Fri 8am to 2pm

*Shifts early 6am to 2pm - Lates 2pm to 10pm which 37.5 plus shift allowance

Role Overview: Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in converting raw materials into high-quality hypothermia prevention products. You will ensure that production processes comply with ISO 13485 standards, focusing on quality, efficiency, and safety. You also require good communication skills, including the ability to actively listen to others and clearly relay information.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Convert raw materials into finished hypothermia products using specialised equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to meet ISO 13485 standards.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production data for traceability and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and rectify any quality issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and product quality.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the production area in accordance with ISO 13485 requirements.
- Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Production Manager or Supervisors.
- Wearing correct PPE at all times.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowing how to use scanners and relevant software programs, such as production management systems.
- Experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in a medical device or regulated environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 or similar quality management systems is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and work independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical ability to handle materials and stand for long periods.
