Employee Relations Advisor, HR, Luxury Retailer, London.

**This is a superb opportunity to join a thriving luxury brand, in this newly created role within a friendly Head Office People Team in Central London.**

**Hybrid working, Office/WFH**

The ER Advisor will be the first port of call for all retail employees to contact when they need advice ranging from Flexible Working Requests, Company Policies, investigations etc.
- so the advice will vary from offering guidance on company policies and support to also advising and coaching managers on how tomanage employee relations issues in stores.

**In order to be considered**:
Strong and up-to-date employment law knowledge
- Proven ability to work in collaboration with key stakeholders - Ability and willingness to get into the detail to find solutions - Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and relationship buildingskills with the ability to empathize, influence and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders and to a high level - Experience of managing and prioritising working demanding and changing priorities - Demonstrates passion about the work of the people teamand the wider business - Demonstrates a commitment to and an ability to live the company’s values.
