**The Opportunity**
In this exciting new role, you will be overseeing multiple sites based around the Midlands and East with c.200-300 headcount. The People Partner will work directly with stakeholders and people managers to deliver an effective people strategy with the rare opportunityto genuinely add real value to the business.
- Reorganisation, mergers, acquisitions and TUPE
- Performance improvements, complex ER cases, such as disciplinary, H&S, grievance
- Talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, EDI and involvement in the implementation of an ATS system
- Fostering a culture of rewarding positive employee behaviour and employee feedback, with a particular focus on educating employees around H&S best practice

**The Person**
The ideal People Partner:

- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, industrial environment, such as Construction, Manufacturing and Engineering
- A genuine care for Health & Safety and wellbeing, with an understanding of legislation and best practice
- A proactive, inquisitive and energetic individual who is able to work on their own initiative with an intuitive focus on improvement
