Once settled and up to speed on the multi head embroidery machine, only then the next phase of growth can start. There's no point in having more business than you can produce. That's just bad business. As such, there's an opening for a embroidery machineoperator.
You'll need to know your stuff. You'll be be coming in to a very busy environment. operating 3 embroidery machines, 2 head 15 set up machines. Running at close to capacity of 500 jobs a month. Customers will vary from a 1 person business through to the ongoingNHS contract the business has. As you'll know your way around the fabrics, stitching and direct to garment world, it would super handy if you had a close attention to detail, spotting for opportunities to increase efficiency and ways to improve the productionflow. You'll be hands on so your experience and opinion is greatly appreciated.
The business is small, a team of 3 currently but with big plans to grow. This is the first role in that growth plan. A team player is needed, someone that will work hard but someone that is ambitious to grow with the business too. The team is great, a goodbunch of humans on the same page. It's a great culture. Everyone gets on and appreciates the work that each person does.
