One of our independent clients have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. The primary focus is to provide proactive support to the Project Manager and Engineering team with the day to day running of both new and existing projects.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process incoming RFQ’s and accompanying technical information
- Liaise with Projects and Engineering team to prepare technical information for 3rd party

supplier quotations
- Identifying suitable 3rd party suppliers to fulfil specific requirements
- Collating 3rd party quotations along with internal resource requirements to create specific project costings for management review prior to client submission
- Procurement (which will involve the creation of 3rd party RFQs)
- Creation and submission of final quotations for Tool Tec standard products
- Management of Quote and Project folders which will include the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project/manufacturing documentation and certification
- Attend daily Operations meeting and report to necessary departments with updates
- May be required to attend client meetings to assist with taking technical notes, presentation material and resource requirements
- Ensure all supporting documentation is completed for all equipment prior to despatch (FAT,Lifting, CoC)
- Supporting HSEQ functions for the business in line with the Company HSEQ standards
- Interface with Suppliers, Third Party Inspectors, Clients and Internal departments
- Build Work Packs for operations and equipment

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in a busy project/administrative role within the oil and gas industry
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel in particular)
- Interpersonal skills: (e.g. Self-confident, oral & written communication, customer liaison, team player)
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues essential
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload when required
