Balfour Beatty are looking for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Administrator to join our UK Construction Services - Scotland Team, at the Netherton Hub project in Peterhead.
The HSW Administrator will take ownership of the collation, maintenance and reporting of data in relation to HSW and provide timely and accurate administrative support to the
HSW team on the project.
Supporting/producing collateral and reports for use across the HS&E teams and UK projects/offices.
Monthly and weekly data reporting.
Ownership of Project HSW Governance.
Building and developing relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the identification of site HS&E training needs, including the collation of training records and the reporting of performance.
Assist in the planning and execution of events.
Assist with administration for meetings
The Following Qualities/experience Are Essential
Confidence with IT including Excel and PowerPoint as well as internal data management systems.
Experience in providing administration support.
