My client is a long established and market leading safety solutions businesses, owned by a FTSE 100 company, working right the way around the globe. With 3 state of the art solutions, their technology is currently employed across many different divisions suchas Security Surveillance, Industrial Automation and Traffic Safety and need a fresh thinking Marketing Manager to join up with their Industrial Automation side of the business.
As the Marketing Manager you will be working alongside the Sector Head of Sales and Product Management with direct working links to both the Marketing and Commerical Director. The position will have a strong focus on developing specific products used withinIndustrial Applications and you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, run product launch activites and help grow and engage specific customers in relevant market sectors.
**Key Responsibilities as a Marketing Manager**:

- Creating a ‘growth-based’ marketing campaign plan alongside the product management and sales team
- Successfully running campaigns to have maximum impact by planning product releases and at the right time for industry.
- Building a strong customer database, ensuring all contacts are added to the CRM system with appropriate tags to be targeted with mailshots
- Collecting and producing content that communicates product value as well as key messages for the customer solutionsE.G Animations, Videos
- Creating materials such case studies, white papers, landing pages, brochures and presentations
- Creating live KPI reports that show progress vs targets and feeding back progress to the company
- Establish and manage the segment marketing budget
- Provide regular updates across the business such as; project updates, upcoming plans and market insights

**Knowledge/Skills required as a Marketing Manager**:

- Strong ability to communicate at all business levels and the ability to influence stakeholders, both internal and external
- A continuous improvement mindset as well as a real get up and go attitude is essential
- Self-Motivated
- Excellent organization skills, creativity, and outstanding written communication skills
- Extremelyproficient with technology and computer literate with a majority of the work will be done digitally
- 3+ years' experience in marketing and digital marketing, ideally with a B2B background,high-technology or industrial market knowledge
- Experience with content management systems & management of various social media platforms
