Customer Support Administrator

Pertemps are seeking a dynamic, positive and enthusiastic Customer Support Administrator to join their busy Customer Experience team in Saltash, Cornwall.
If you have experience in Customer Service, are client-orientated and have a drive for success, then this is for you This is a permanent role working 5 days a week, and our client offer flexible hybrid working with only 1-2 days in the office with a salaryof £21,500-£22,000 per annum.
As the Customer Support Administrator, you will be providing excellent customer service to a range of clients, by building relationships and understanding client requirements.
As the Customer Support Administrator, you will also:
- Work with the company’s clients - manage small projects and provide admin support for larger projects or work for new business.
- Schedule events and manage logistics with clients and trainers, ensuring the accurate capture of information and ensuring the process delivers a quality experience to the company’s client.
- Hub management - first line support for client hub enquiries, producing and reviewing standard hub reports, providing a summary of what insights the data provides.
- Discuss the benefits of implementation with the team/inter-departmental teams, implementing or escalating them.
What does the Customer Support Administrator need?
- Excellent business communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in a business-to-business client focused environment
- Experience of supervising and mentoring individuals and teams
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, and accurate in all you do.
This is a permanent, Full-time role (37.5 a week) with a salary of £21,500-£22k per annum with a great perk of 25 days holiday, Bank holidays and Christmas shutdown
