**The Role**:We have an exciting opportunity to join the real estate & prop tech industries. Our client is expanding in all areas of the UK and looking for a Territory Account Manager to ensure this growth. As a successful Territory AccountManager, you will deliver revenue across our clients suite of services. You'll manage key accounts in your local area and develop new business. You will sell a combination of marketing & SaaS products to Estate Agents.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to sell innovative services and products to existing clients and advance your career in both digital marketing and SaaS. You'll be given a pool of clients to manage and be encouraged to win over new clients throughexiting and new leads. This is a field sales role, home based and including field visits. You'll be tasked with visiting your clients, building relationships and understanding their needs.

**As a Territory Account Manager your responsibilities will include**:
- Managing key client accounts
- Upselling and cross-selling a range of products - marketing & SaaS
- Developing New business - Fields sales visits to clients
- Using the full range of offerings to meet your clients' needs
**For this Territory Account Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:
- 3 + years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in digital media, marketing, SaaS, tech and/or prop tech
- Knowledge of real estate and digital marketing industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
