**Salary**: £23000 - £27000 depending on experience

Academic Programme Coordinator Duties:

- Development of academic programmes and activities through the entire process from the early designing and timetabling to the delivery stage
- Exploring and contracting tutors and speakers for specific topics required
- Co-ordination of the administration of student-facing events, activities and resources
- Maintaining and development of programme handbooks, regulations and promotional materials
- General programme administration

Academic Programme Coordinator Requirements:

- Strong commitment to student-centred approaches in learning and teaching
- Good computer skills
- Database management (e.g. OneDrive)
- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking skills
- Pro-active and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Clear interpersonal and communication skills
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Master’s degree (or BA degree + significant experience)
- Experience working with international clients
- Good knowledge of Oxbridge system and tutorial teaching
- Good understanding of teacher training, academic writing, HE system
- Some marketing experience is desirable but not necessary
