**BRITA Vivreau** have 2 exciting new vacancies within our Technical Services team reporting out of Uxbridge for both driver and non-driver applicants.

**The purpose of the role** is diagnose faults, attend to service requests and repair equipment on customer sites in & around central London as directed by the Service Delivery Planners, in line with company Operational and Health & Safety processes.

**The main responsibilities for these roles**will be to represent BRITA on customer sites ensuring that expectations are met and any issues are resolved or escalated as appropriate.
- Complete fault diagnosis and repairs on BRITA Vivreau product range, ensuring that all Health & Safety and site processes are adhered to.
- Ensure that steps are taken to prevent faults re-occurring and that jobs are fixed on the first visit whenever possible.
- Complete PPM filter exchanges on customer sites as directed by the Service Delivery Planners.
- Manage spare parts, ensuring that stock usage is logged via PDA so that safety stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure all tools/tool bags are inspected before use and used in-line with the manufactures guidelines. Any defects or lose to be reported to line manager.
- Manage all administration, including fleet checks, site surveys and job notes to be completed on time and submitted to the relevant person.
- Ensure vehicles are be kept clean & tidy at all times.

**To be successful in this role**
- You will have a clean, valid driving licence
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with a high level of customer centricity
- Be disciplined in your approach with a high standard of exceptional work ethic.
