Known for our fast, friendly customer service, they are expanding our service team. What We're Looking For We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Field Service Engineer with a passion for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing water dispensers and coffee machines, as well as strong electro-mechanical skills. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventative maintenance and sanitisation on boiling taps, water dispensers, and coffee machines. * Install and commission commercial coffee machines and water equipment. * Respond to breakdowns and carry out call-out repairs. * Ensure optimal performance and taste quality of coffee and water systems. * Provide customer training on equipment use and maintenance. * Complete detailed service reports and job documentation. * Maintain stock levels and parts in the service vehicle.
