What will you be responsible for?
- Developing a programme of regular risks and issue reviews with Key Stakeholders on a periodic basis
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Working closely with the Programme Risk Manager to report on the overall status of RAIDO to Senior Management for early identification of any intolerable events
- Assisting the project managers in dependencies identification and timely review to highlight any required escalations to the Programme Board
- Reviewing key Engineering/Design concerns with SME to assess areas of concern or opportunities to improve value and support stage change
- Understanding, influencing, driving, & negotiating with internal & external customers, stakeholders & peers
**Qualifications**
Essential skills, experience and competence required
- PRINCE2 Foundation
- Management of Risk Foundation
- Demonstrable Risk & issue management in a project environment
- Experience of risk training and specific risk tool training to the project staff
- Should have worked in a business change & implementation programme
- Well versed with frameworks & risk methodologies
Desirable skills, experience and competence
- Experience of risk governance
- Extensive Stakeholder engagement
- Being able to demonstrate visible leadership skills and taking initiative and corrective action where necessary
- Demonstrate resilience and be able to inspire others to perform regular risk reviews to enable decision making
- Must be able to adapt easily to culture change
