Office Administration Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Completing administrative tasks as requested by the management team.
- Maintaining records and entering data accurately.
- Overseeing office inventory and supplies.
- Operating and performing basic troubleshooting on office equipment, such as printers and laptops.
- Manage our parent journey, from initial enquiry to last day.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff members.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- Previous office experience or administrative experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong typing skills and familiarity with clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
- Time management skills are critical for prioritising tasks effectively in a busy office environment.
- Maintaining confidentiality of personal data for both employees and nursery families is vital.
- Willingness to adapt and assist in various areas of the business when required
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
