**We’re looking for a Purchase to Pay Assistant to join our team in Bradford on a permanent full-time basis.**

Reporting into the Payment Operations Manager, working within the master data team this role is responsible for the accurate inputting of all supplier information and processing of banking details, while working on supplier queries via a ticketing system. This involves collaborating with a wide range of people to deliver outstanding customer service for our colleagues and suppliers.

Liberty Shared Services (LSS) - Acts as a central specialty service supporting the wider Liberty Global group with specialisms in areas of Finance, Accounting, People, Legal & Systems. This central team supports a number of businesses across Liberty Global.

**What will you be doing?**
- Working with various suppliers to ensure fast query resolution.
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers where relevant to resolve complex queries.
- Supplier account maintenance including set ups and bank detail amendments.
- Working with procurement to ensure the validity of the supplier master data.
- Supporting Team Leaders on audit requirements to provide information and evidence as required.
- Interrogating multiple systems at the same time to complete processes and resolve queries.

**We tend to look for people with**:
Essential:

- Experience working within a fast-paced accounts payable department or processing of vendor/supplier accounts.
- Flexible and able to pick up new skills quickly.
- Verbal Communication Skills to explain issues.
- Strong attention to detail and process driven.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of internal/external audits.
- SOX’s experience.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
