Novus Pay will compare the widest range of payment solutions in the marketplace to help the merchant to find the best possible package customised to their needs as a business, saving them time and money on card processing fees. Novus Pay offers simple and concise advice when finding the right package for merchants. We will work with them to assess their needs, before matching them with the best hardware and software suppliers, all at the lowest possible rates.

**Role**

We are currently looking for an Apprentice Administrative Assistant, to work alongside our growing team. If successful, you will be working in our new state of the art offices in Bradford city centre with award-winning products. Alongside an experienced team of industry experts that places emphasis on professional and personal development while simultaneously meeting our demanding business objectives.

As well as being able to build strong partnerships, you will have the ability to gather, analyse and use data to drive the Partnerships strategy forward.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand the payments industry and the market sector we operate in and what we can offer.
- Maintain the reputation of the business.
- Must be a quick learner whilst maintaining a professional attitude.
- Maintain attention to detail at all times and the underwriting department.
- Expand the network of work providers and contribute to product and service knowledge.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and oversee and manage multiple projects.
- Attend and facilitate project meetings.
- Support the creation of project documentation.
- Assist with updating project documentation.
- Communicate with developers and testers regularly on project plans.
- Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time.
- Implement any necessary changes throughout the process.
- Report regularly to management and the client.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a minimum of A-Levels or equivalent.
- Ability to use Excel, Word and Outlook
- A tenacious and resourceful individual.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for results.
- Enthusiastic, organised, forward-thinking individual, driven to achieve success.
- Ability to follow guidelines, procedures and instructions.
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task.
- Ability to interpret data and information.
