ICT Network Engineer

Responsibilities include:

- Escalate any unsolved issues to the ICT Senior Network Engineers for resolution
- Investigate and resolve all reported incidents and problems within the ICT network infrastructure in line with Service Level agreements
- Responsible for the provision and technical support of the ICT network to users throughout the organisation including architectural design, functionality, and security.
- The ICT Network team are responsible for all aspects and components of the ICT network including; Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Wireless, IP telephony and station end equipment used for mobilisation.

Technical Skills include:

- Experience/ understanding of ITIL and ISO 27001 and their benefit to an organisation
- Knowledge and experience of managing, maintaining and upgrading all aspects and components of secure and resilient local area, wide area and wireless networks in a geographically diverse network
- Knowledge and experience of securing networks against internal and external threat
- Experience of working on projects and understanding of project techniques
